How to Install a Certificate in Apple Safari
Certificates used by Safari for Mac are managed by Apple Keychain. To import
a certificate, you will first need to download the Certificate as a .PEM file. Take
care to put it in a place that will be easy to find.
Next, open Mac Finder and browse to the directory in which you saved the .PEM
file. Double-click the file to import the certificate into Apple Keychain. Enter your
password when prompted.
The Keychain Access application will launch and the imported certificate will be
displayed as a ‘System’ certificate.
Restart Safari to use the new certificate.
